Requirements

A-List Nannies strives to be an advocate for Nannies and Caregivers. We work hard to negotiate a fair wage and legal work agreement. Our relationship does not end once our Caregivers are placed with a family. Furthering education and continuing a bond with A-Listers is what we love to implement. Are you interested in becoming an A-List Nanny?


Requirements:

  • Registered with TrustLine (or be willing to register; we'll cover the cost if placed with one of our families) 

  • Provide documents proving you are eligible to work in The United States

  • Fluent in English

  • CPR/First-Aid certified 

  • Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in Childcare  

  • Be willing to undergo an extensive background check by a PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR 

  • College Degree

  • Valid drivers license 

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have 3 incredible Professional references 

  • Certified in ABA, NCS, Sleep Training, RIE, etc (if applicable)

  • Be willing to sign a work agreement and/or NDA 

  • Be willing to paid legally on payroll

  • Must be mindful of COVID-19 safety protocols recommended by families
