A-List Nannies Placement Fees and Services
A-List Nannies doesn't believe that families should pay extra for additional screening and background checks. We are confident in our placements and charge only a one-time fee to families. Additional fees may apply for out of state (California) and international placements.
A $185 non-refundable registration fee is paid to begin our extensive search for families. This fee will be applied to the total placement charge.
A placement fee of 12% of the employee's total gross annual compensation which includes a 90-day replacement (if applicable).
A placement fee of 14% of the employees total compensation for temporary household care or a minimum of $900. This includes Travel Nannies and Newborn Care Specialists.
Placement fees includes Services and Screening of the following:
Conduct initial interview and application process
Registration with TrustLine, an authorized screening program for Childcare Caregivers in California
Valid CPR/First Aid certification
Employment Eligibility Verification per U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Professional reference check
Education
Driving history
All county, state, and federal jurisdictions associated within the prior 10 years
Advanced identity search
Multi-jurisdictional criminal records
County-level misdemeanor and felony records in all countries within the past 10 years
State-level criminal and sex offender search
Federal district criminal search
Work agreement
